The golden paste



Over here in the peninsular, tempoyak dibuat sambal or just kuah gulai ikan. Over in sarawak, we goreng the temppyak until it's yellow golden colour, sometimes with anchovies. Nice!!! simple je nak masak. Put in the oil, add in anchovies or halia or bawang putih (ikut rasa masing2) and then add the main ingredient, tempoyak. Goreng sampai yellow golden. Thats it...

Jap, aku tgh peram isi durian nak buat tempoyak dalam fridge aku. Hahahah ... boleh cuba nih.

faie : faie.. gosh u shud try it.. and then bila u mkn dgn nasi make sure sup ko terlebih and ko mix dgn nasi.. mak ai... maybe thats wat heaven taste like...
