Kari Ayam Sedap Pekat @ Curry Chicken Recipe


Kari Ayam Sedap Pekat, sesuai makan dengan roti canai, roti jala atau dengan nasi berlauk :) Bahan-bahan : ❤ Ayam (dalam 10-15 potong ayam) ❤ * Bawang Merah (4-5 ulas) ❤ * Bawang Putih (4-5 ulas) ❤ * Bawang Holland (1 biji) ❤ * Halia (3 cm) * Ditumbuk kasar ❤ Kayu manis (2-3 batang) ❤ Bunga lawang (2-3 biji) ❤ Jintan Manis (2-3 biji) ❤ Daun Kari (Daun dari 2 batang) ❤ Tomato (3-4 biji) ❤ Kentang (5-6 biji - saya rebus dahulu supaya tak tunggu lama kari untuk masak) ❤ Serbuk kari (saya pakai jenama Adabi, kari ayam dan daging) ❤ Santan (1 kotak kecik, dicampur dengan tepung beras untuk mengurangkan buih pecah minyak) Cara Memasak : 1. Masukkan minyak, dalam 5-6 sudu besar. 2. Masukkan bahan-bahan yang ditumnuk (bawang merah, bawang putih, bawang holland dan halia) Goreng seketika sehingga naik bau. 3. Masukkan bahan rempah (kayu manis, bunga lawang dan jintan manis). 4. Masukkan daun kari, dang goreng bahan tumis sampai kekuningan. 5. Masukkan serbuk kari dalam 2-3 sudu besar, dan digoreng sampai garing dan terbit minyak. 6. Masukkan ayam dan kacau-kacau supaya sebati dengan kari. Masukkan sedikit air. 7. Lepas tu, masukkan tomato dan kentang. Masukkan lagi sedikit air. 8. Kemudian, masukkan santan. Teruskan masak dengan api perlahan. 9. Masukkan garam dan maggi secukup rasa. 10. Masukkan 1 sudu teh asam jawa dan sedikit gula atau gula melaka. 11. Masak sampai pecah minyak dan kuah sedikit pekat. 12. Kari ayam sudah sedia dihidang. Selamat mencuba! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Thick Chicken Curry Recipe Ingredients: ❤ Chicken (in 10-15 pieces of chicken) ❤ * Red Onion (4-5 cloves) ❤ * Garlic (4-5 cloves) ❤ * Big yellow onion ❤ * Ginger (3 cm) * Crushed ❤ Cinnamon (2-3 sticks) ❤ Star Anise (2-3) ❤ Anise (2-3) ❤ Curry Leaves (Leaves from 2 stems) ❤ Tomatoes (3-4) ❤ Potatoes (5-6 - boiled first so don't have to wait too long to cook) ❤ Curry powder (I use the Adabi brand, chicken curry and meat) ❤ Santan (1 small box, mixed with rice flour to reduce oil bubbles) Cooking method : 1. Add the oil, in 5-6 tablespoons. 2. Add the ingredients (red onion, garlic, yellow onion and ginger) Fry for a while until fragrant. 3. Add spices (cinnamon, star anise). 4. Add curry leaves, dang fry ingredients until golden. 5. Put curry powder in 2-3 tablespoons, and fry until crisp. 6. Add chicken and stir well to combine with curry. Add some water. 7. Next, add tomatoes and potatoes. Add more water. 8. Then, add the coconut milk. Continue to cook on low heat. 9. Add salt to taste. 10. Add 1 teaspoon of lime juice and a little brown sugar. 11.
