i had the best reunion with my ITM's college buddies at PD last weekend. so glad to see them again after such a long long time eventhough only about half turned up. It was a holiday for all of us and it was really worth it to spend it with the greatest and sporting nak mampos bunch of friends. hehe... being the organiser, and all those telephone bills calling all of them, it's all worth it. hope to do this again very soon. the next reunion will be even better, i hope... it's always good for the soul to keep in touch with your friends. They are the angels in my life...

Will have another race this weekend. Going to tackle 15km pulak this time around. Training is okay i guess, adding some intervals and speed to improve the runs. honestly, i lagi takut lari this race than my previous race sebab sifu ada ikut lari. hehe takut...
