Morning Ritual

*Pant* Pant *Pant* so painful *Pant*Pant*Pant* hah hah painful. have to run until the next point. Mary, you can do it... this is how i am when i do my running every morning. I still find it difficult to run a long distance. Need to increase my carbo intake for energy. i'm learning how to enjoy running without complaining. Will do better tomorrow...

you don't want to be me and eat sontam mango for lunch. that could kill you. Took it yesterady and about 5pm, i'm already reading the paper in the toilet. Sigh... no more sontam, and more of healthy food consumed after this. Anyway, for those who wants to lose weight, this is the ideal food for you. Guaranteed, akan pergi toilet punyerlah. Spiciness, i give it a 10.

My Princess and Ren is the reason why i run... maybe i should run for all the homeless animals in the world ...
