didn't do my usual morning runs for 2 days now. Arrggghh.. i'm so dissappointed with myself. but this morning it was excusable sebab sakit pinggang. Dah urut sendiri last night, but still aching lah, i think salah tidur kot. Anyway, there's only 1 cure for this -> the magical medicated plaster or well known as 'koyok'... hehe... the pain will be gone by tomorrow. I hope... tulah, gatal sangat pergi swimming yesterday. I did 200m only yesterday. my usual would be 500m. lepas tuh borak dengan si aini, ketawa-ketawa while me, running in the pool. Sejuk giller lah semlm... and there were not many people yesterday too. well, most people are smart enough not to swim masa hujan lebat. .hahaks... the BJ pool will be close for a week due to some sport events. so no swimming for me for a week. swimming at my apartment's pool is a no no sebab the pemalas punyer maintenance didn't clean the pool properly. Can see some algaes in there.. Sigh...

registered for the PJ Half last monday and honestly my training is lacking for that. i don't know why i choose to go for 21km instead of 10km. macam bangang jer. everytime i registered for a race, my pessimistic side would question me "why the hell do you do this to yourself?"... hah.. it's the only way i can keep on running. otherwise, takdek motivation lah. so with these races, i will put on that shoe and run ... at this moment, sakit pinggang dah rasa macam nak pulih dah (i'm smiling, hmm, tengah fikir nak jog/run ke tak this evening or should i wait sampai pinggang pulih sepenuhnye)...
