completed my first half marathon last sunday. the timing was real bad. i ran all the way the first 4km and then lepas tuh walk/run /walk all the way to the finishing line. ok that's all i have to say about the race. It was so frustrating. Just imagine i ran 21K and didn't get anything for it. well, some people have warned me about this PJ Half. but as usual the stubborn me think otherwise. i have to give it a shot and what matters to me is crossing that finishing line. No medal or certificate to proof it is still okay to me. i did it for my papa. i miss saying "Happy Father's Day" to you... this is for you papa... i love you so much...

that's so very sweet. well done on your first race. regardless of your timing, you had guts and perseverance to complete - 2 most important qualities to develop into a good runner. keep it up!
Within a short period of time since u started running, u are now a half marathoner. I envy u. It took me more than a year to have that courage before I took the plunge during KLIm this year. Well done!!!
